 Kingsouth Construction represents the third generation of the Dostie Family building companies. Founded in 2004 by Christopher C. Dostie, the company strives for excellence and value in each and every home it skillfully builds.
Kingsouth employs the same principles that have guided the Dostie companies for more than 48 years: honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction. The family tradition began in 1958 when J. Rene Dostie, Sr. moved his family from Ontario, Canada to Jacksonville, Florida and founded Dostie Builders. Nearly 16 years later, Rene’s oldest son,  Richard, founded his own company, Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection, which operated from 1974 to 2003. During that summer, Richard’s oldest son, Rick, entered Jacksonville’s homebuilding market with Legacy III Builders. In addition, Richard’s two brothers have operated successful construction companies in Northeast Florida for more than two decades.

Christpher C. Dostie
 Christopher Dostie is the founder and president of Kingsouth Construction. A graduate of The Bolles School in Jacksonville and Auburn University, Christopher Dostie is the sixth Dostie family member to build a successful construction company. His grandfather, his father, his uncles and his brother are all successful builders. Kingsouth expanded out of jacksonville in 2005 starting Majestic Oaks, a 400 lot master planned community in Glynn county Georgia. Since that time, the company has increased it's presence in the Jacksonville market in an effort to re-establish the Dostie family as a local industry leader.
Christopher subscribes to the original principles that have guided the Dostie companies for nearly 50 years: honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction.
