 Kingsouth Construction, Jacksonville Home Builders, represents the third generation of the Dostie Family home builder companies. Founded in 2004 by Christopher C. Dostie, the company strives for excellence and value in each and every home it skillfully plans and constructs.
Kingsouth Construction are amongst the leading premier Jacksonville home builders and employ the same principles that have guided all of the Dostie home building and construction companies for more than 50 years in their home building efforts. Those efforts instituted by previous and existing Dostie construction companies include three main goals when building new homes: honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction. The Dostie home builders' family tradition began in 1958 when J. Rene Dostie, Sr. moved his family from Ontario, Canada to Jacksonville, Florida and founded Dostie Builders. Nearly 16 years later, Rene’s oldest son,  Richard, founded his own company, Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection, which operated from 1974 to 2003. During that summer, Richard’s oldest son, Rick, entered Jacksonville’s homebuilding market with Legacy III Builders. In addition, Richard’s two brothers have operated successful home building and construction companies in Northeast Florida for more than two decades.

Christopher C. Dostie, A Jacksonville Home Builder
 Christopher Dostie is the founder and president of Kingsouth Construction - Jacksonville Home Builders. A graduate of The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida and Auburn University in Alabama. Christopher Dostie is the sixth Dostie family member to build a successful building and construction company. His grandfather, his father, his uncles and his brother makeup a successful line of residential home builders. Kingsouth Construction home builders branched-out of Jacksonville in 2005 developing Majestic Oaks, a 400 lot master planned new home community in Glynn County, Georgia. Since that time, the company has increased its presence in the Jacksonville market in an effort to re-establish the Dostie home builder family as a local construction industry leader of quality new homes.
Christopher subscribes to the original principles that have spearheaded the Dostie companies for over 50 years: honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction.
